I am always looking for something to do and places to go. I drive my husband crazy since every weekend has to involve some kind of adventure. Whether it be a road trip or jumping on a plane to the west coast I have to make the best of my weekends. If you haven't figured it out I am an oenophile. Im obsessed with wines. And my goal is to hit up every wine region in North America. So for my next adventured I googled under the radar wine regions in North American and discovered Eastern Townships just across the border in Canada. We jumped in the car and took the six hour drive and it was sooo worth it. Eastern Township is a winter getaway but in the middle of the summer it was perfect. While we were there the temps were in the mid 70s which was perfect for wine tasting. We went to a few different wineries but my fave was Vignoble Chapelle Ste Agnès. It was so amazing that I have no pics to show for it. The pics below are from their website because I had to share with you how beautiful it was. We went on a tour of the grounds and then had an opportunity to taste their ice wine. I would definitely recommend it for the experience. My next fave place was Vignoble Clos Ste-Croix. Their wines were my fave and we took home a bottle of the Rosé. I would definitely recommend visiting Eastern Townships. This is just a tiny snap shot of all the wonderful things to do. I am definitely looking to go again sometime soon.
